I started NMS Law Firm with one mission in mind: to provide highly personalized advice and services to clients in northeast Georgia. I have more than 30 years of experience in family law, criminal defense, and appeals from such cases. I have received recognition and awards in school and in practice, but nothing gives me greater professional satisfaction than using my knowledge and abilities to help people achieve positive results in or out of the courtroom.

At NMS Law Firm, clients are informed at the outset of their case what to expect - and not expect - as their case proceeds. When events are unfolding quickly, and critical decisions have to be made, clients need to be able to communicate with their attorney. Clients have access to my direct phone line and direct email address in order to facilitate speedy and efficient contact. I take seriously the responsibility of returning phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a timely fashion.
Exceptional Service at Reasonable Rates
Fees for service are determined by the complexity, urgency, and duration of the case. Written fee contracts set forth the financial terms and conditions of employing the firm, so that there are no surprises. Cash, checks, and major credit cards are accepted. In some instances, payment plans are available to clients who demonstrate a need and commitment to follow through on such an arrangement. Initial consultations are free.
