I started NMS Law Firm with one mission in mind: to provide highly personalized advice and services to family law clients in northeast Georgia. With more than 25 years of experience, I know how to handle your family law case. Beyond knowledge of the law and procedures, however, I care about achieving the best possible outcomes for my clients. I have received recognition and awards in school and in practice, but nothing gives me greater professional satisfaction than using my knowledge and abilities to help people achieve positive results in or out of the courtroom.

At NMS Law Firm, clients are informed at the outset of their case what to expect - and not expect - as they undergo the process of divorce, custody, alimony, child support, or other family law matter. When events are unfolding quickly, and critical decisions have to be made, clients need to be able to communicate with their attorney. Clients have access to my direct phone line and direct email address in order to facilitate speedy and efficient contact. I take seriously the responsibility of returning phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a timely fashion.
Exceptional Service at Reasonable Rates
Fees for service are determined by the complexity, urgency, and duration of the case. Written fee contracts set forth the financial terms and conditions of employing the firm, so that there are no surprises. Cash, checks, and major credit cards are accepted. In some instances, payment plans are available to clients who demonstrate a need and commitment to follow through on such an arrangement. Initial consultations are free.
